Agile Leadership

Leadership with flexibility and customer orientation

Agile companies are successful. Rapidly growing startups, for example, have leaders who, consciously or unconsciously, lead and act with agility. An agile manager can be characterized as follows: He is visionary and at the same time humble; she is proactive and focused, but always keeps an eye on developments outside her own environment. And if necessary, they are flexible enough to make adjustments quickly. The principles of agile leadership are central to our consultations.

This is how we do it

Every process starts with a needs analysis: Where is your company and where do you wish to go? Where do you stand as a leader? All executives involved undergo an assessment with the focus on “agile leadership”. After consolidating the findings, we define your individual goals. The management teams are visualized anonymously and the results are recorded in the action plan. Then all those involved internalize the relevant behavioral patterns on a daily basis and reflect on them weekly together with a sparring partner.

A toolbox with a system

In addition to our systemic and evolutionary coaching work, we rely on proven as well as very effective, novel methods. Every assessment begins with the Hogan’s Personality Inventory. These best-validated diagnostics allow us to support and promote executives and management teams along the entire employee life cycle: from recruiting to personal development and succession planning to new placements. The “HAVE” model for promoting agile leadership is an important part of this.

Agile Leadership

The «HAVE» model for promoting agile leadership is based on a study completed in 2017 by the «Global Center for Digital Business Transformation» – an initiative of IMD Lausanne and other partners. It identifies the competencies and behaviors necessary for agile leadership in order to lead successfully in a disruptive environment.

Hogan Assessments

The «Hogan Personality Inventory» can be used to assess the personality of a manager, while the «Hogan Development Survey» evaluates behavior in situations of stress and pressure.

The «Motives, Values, Preferences Inventory» describes the inner motivation of a manager, their values, their driving forces and interests. From this one can deduce, among other things, the extent to which a person fits into a company.
